PAYMENTS

Customer will be provided with an estimate, and the final billing will be based on actual time
Full payment will be taken at the time of installation completion.

INSTALLATION STANDARDS AND CUSTOMER EXPECTATIONS

Installations will be performed by a qualified member of the Frame & Print Shop team using appropriate hardware and methods. Any alteration to structural elements requires homeowner's approval.
Customers must be available for the entire time to approve the location of hanging.
The installation team asks that the customer have all art in the appropriate room and the general area where it will be installed to make the most of the time purchased.
The Frame & Print Shop team reserves the right to refuse service if the staff believes hanging items would be unsafe due to location, size, weight.
